MASTER PLAN

Chagrin Highlands' master plan represents over a decade of carefully crafted design principles that will ensure the world class integrity of this project for decades into the future. The 630-acre site's geography lends itself to six natural districts. Its first phase of development has been concentrated in the eastern districts and consists of major office buildings, a regional medical facility, restaurants, hotels, and a retail shopping center.

With the addition of the 53-acre Ahuja Medical Center, three of the districts will be nearing completion. Large tracks of greenfield lands remain in the western and southeastern districts and can be acquired in entirety or subdivided according to your development needs.
